I think that you are looking for Beijer Electronics Information Designer, this software works with cpa-files.

I have a EXTer T100 pannel which can be configured by information designer, The configuration file's extension is .cpa, can it be edit by iX developer US Version software?

Hi,

iX Developer can not open cpa files directly but it contains an import function that allows you to import the EXTER application to iX.

A new version (with improved import) was released a few weeks ago:

But we still need to us hardare Panel Exter T100, does iX can download imported EXTER application to EXTER panel.

Hi,

Yes, that is correct. With iX Developer it's only possible to download applications to the newer iX hardware.
