The PLC seems to be using a programme stored on a ROM chip rather than in the internal memory so you will not be able to change this without updating the ROM chip. From memory the programme source on these processors is selected using dip switches in the memory cassette and as you are on line you presumably have a back up copy of the programme so you should be able to download this into RAM and switch over to use this instead of the programme in ROM.
