Omron CP1H Easy Modbus to Miri ad2006

[FONT=&quot]I am trying to communicate data between a Miri AD2006 and an Omron CP1H using the Modbus protocol with the Omron as the Master ( We can’t find documentation or settings that indicates it can be a slave). We are using RS485 2 wire connection between the units. I have programmed the Omron using it’s “Easy Modbus-RTU Master” setting’s and it appears as if it is doing the right thing. It is sending data out of communication port 2 on the RS485 network as indicated by it’s lights, but it is returning a fault code 80 which is “Response Time out, A response was not received from the Servo”. This indicates to me the Miri is failing to recognize the signal that it has received. If anyone there has had any experience with this it would be greatly appreciated if you could pass on any information.
