My panelviews had been running for more than a month, and one day they showed star value on the screens (likes it couldn't communicate) as the attached image and didn't show any alarms on diagnostics list. I decided to power off and then power on the panelviews, graphics looked normal on the screen and then about one hour later they show star value again. Both of my panelviews have the same problem.
The details are as follows ;

Firmware : 7.0
Driver : Ethernet
PLC : Controllogix 1756-L71, Revision 20.55
I'm hoping someone here can help me figure what's happening.
