Password options for RSLogix 500

Hi,

Contractual issues on both sides are solved if there is any way to have a Read Only password for a Logix 500 PLC program for a MicroLogix 1400 PLC.

Printout of program was not enough for end customer.
PLC password not ok with seller.

There are currently 2 pw in affect, the master pw and a routine pw. Are there any technical options here???

Check out your options in Logix 500>Help>Contents>Password and Protection. Maybe "Future Access (OEM Lock)"? Looks like they would need the original project file to make any changes. They can upload and go online without it, but can't make changes.
