ML 1400 & 1762-OF4 Operation

Is the 1762-OF8 configured for "Raw Proportional"?

If so a "MOV" instruction is all you need

Source N7:4 (value 31176 = 20ma)
Destination O:2.0

A "MOV" instruction is all you need for the 1762-OF4 also

Source N7:4 ( value 31206 = 20ma
Destination O:2.0

Mickey, I used your MOV instruction suggestion. The less math calculations the better for faster execution. Please see attached screenshot. The first MOV, moves the selected speed to N7:4, the second moves the N7:4's value to 1762sc-OF8 module (did not work) and the last MOV instruction moves the value to 1762-OF4 module, which worked perfectly.
What could be wrong for module OF8 module? the module now shows a blinking indicator LED. Before including the OF8 MOV instruction it was a steady indicator LED, meaning it was fine.

I have not used the 1762sc-OF8.

But per the manual the raw values are different then the 1762-OF4.

Are you sure the 1762sc-OF8 is configured for "Raw Proportional"?
