RSLogix 500 Sending/Receiving Messages

Hi,

I am trying to restrict the number of messages sent and received via MicroLogix 1500 to SLC 5/05. Right now the MicroLogix is sending/receiving approximately 3 messages every 100ms. I am trying to send/receive 1 every 100ms. I have attached an image of the existing logic along with my changes (Read Logic and Write Logic)that I feel would work best but I am not entirely certain. Any help would be appreciated
