PanelMate Power Pro Software

I am trying to use PanelMate Power Pro Software to make a minor chnage to an epro PC application

I have the PanelMate Power Pro Software and the existing application with lots of CSV files and the main application seems to be this .PPS file but I can't get the software to open it. Does anyone here have experience with this software?

How are you trying to open the file? Are you going to FILE---then IMPORT?

As Gravedigger2 has hinted, the .pps file is the compiled version that runs in the HMI. You need to import that file into the PanelMate Power Pro database to be able to make changes. Once you have made your changes, you must then export from the database to a .pps file before you can write the changed .pps file to the HMI.

I was just double clicking the .pps file.

Import it to open it.
Make changes.
Save it.
Export it to compile it
Then transfer with ftp or the provided tool.

If you transfer it over ethernet, the password and login will be "administrator"
