Lot of more info is needed.
Is this totally new installation or old one which don't work anymore?
Is there any hardware differences between project and real cards?
(Attachments don't show configuration of ET200S, it is also hard to say from images what ET200S hardware you even have)
Can you ping ET200s IP address?
If this is new ET200S, Have you configured IP address for ET200S. From box every ET200 have IP address 0.0.0.0 and you need to configure it. (On your case ET200S should have IP 192.168.0.2)

On you hardware config (DSC_0934.jpg) you have IP 192.168.0.2 instead of 192.168.0.3?

Do you have OB82, OB86 and OB122 in your program?
Just have the blocks in the program, and the CPU will not go to stop.
Look in the diagnostic for the CPU to see what the problem is (ctrl + D)

Check every part number of the modules in the ET200S rack compared to your Hardware Config. They must match 100%. Check that the termination module of the rack is installed on the very right of the ET200S rack.
By the way, it looks like your first module is not inserted properly.
