Sharp PLC JW22CU program conversion to Mitsubishi Q series

I trying to convert the Sharp PLC program to Mitsubishi Q series program, but i having difficulty to understand the function in the sharp PLC program

Does anyone have a programming manual of Sharp JW100SP??
