factory talk vantage point(ver 3.12 & 4.0) installation failed

I try to install factory talk vantage point ver 3.12 and ver 4.0 in my laptop having operating system windows 7 (enterprise edition) 64 bit.
both of them failed to install and giving error messages...

Today I tried to download vantage point 3.12 from CD and also from Rockwell toolkit hard drive. But it was showing following errors.

But factory talk vantage point ver 3.12 is successfully innstalled and runiiing smoothly on windows XP SP-3 (32 bit).

Please help me to install on windows 7 enterprise x64

I am fairly certain Vantage point and historian require Windows server R2

true,but vantage point version 3.12 is working absolutely fine in windows XP SP-3 x32 operating system and i checked so...
how is this possible?
