Powerflex 700 Display and leds flash when power is removed

Hey I was wondering if any one has had this problem before,
I powered down a Powerflex 700 and the Display and leds flash and keep flashing. The drive has been powered of for 24 hours now and its still flashing.
I am using a 110 v input card. which still has power. Tried pulling it off still flashes. have not checked to see if I have any back feed voltage.
 
Did you call AB Tech support? You don't need a TechConnect contract for help with VFDs. If you wait until after hours, you leave a message and someone calls you back within the hour, but if you call during the work day, you usually get right through (after you navigate through the automated phone tree)
