S7-300 and IEC61850

I need to communicate with 18 devices which supports already IEC61850. These devices are
7UM, 7UT and 7SD (Alll Siemens devices). Right now we have IEC licence with time stamp to SCADA and all works fine, but PLC has no communication with these devices only SCADA does.
At the moment we have a need to control something with the values that are measured with those ddevices, and we dont want to take measurement from the SCADA cuz that would be slow.

IS this number enough 9AE4110-2AB00 in order to perform 18 IEC61850 connections with time stamp in S7 -315-2 cpu PN/DP
