FactoryTalk 8.0 -> security privileges error

Hi,

i think i missunderstood the general idea of application security.
Hope, to get some explanation.

When i create new application (not important which type) the runtime security shows to us: "ALL USERS" user.
I delete it and then add FT User (for example: no_user and operator) and Windows Administrator User (user, which is already log in into Windows System).
When i want to run the runtime i received the note:
"Login user does not have security privileges to access this application".

Thank you for explanation.
