Is their anybody know how to monitor online in ladder diagram the PLC

LG GM4, I tried to connect online,upload the file for the first time from the plc, but upon monitoring in ladder, error occur

at my programmer screen saying that I have to make a new project and download it to plc in order for me to monitor it.

any help?
