Kinetix 6000 Error 075

Hello Friends,
I have a Kinetix 6000 catalogue number 2094 BC01 M01 S/C, the issue with it is that whenever I power ON the machine, it shows E75. According to Error Code it means drive overvoltage fault (Shunt TimeOut).

Possible Causes:
The IAM, AM, or SM has exceeded its
shunt resistor continuous rating

I want to know if someone here has experienced a similar issue and what to do.
