1756-esmcap lifespan

Does anyone know off the top if there is an lifespan on the 1756-esmcap modules found in 1756-L7 PLCS? I was asked this question and done a little searching but can't seem to find a recommendation on replacement interval if any.

OK, I called my Local Rockwell Rep and he sent me Knowledge base article 114726, covers it pretty well. 10+ years life span.
