Connecting PLC and RFID

Hy, for my college project i need to connect a RFID device using serial connection via PLC and make it do something (i.e. light a light bulb). The logic behind it is in ledder diagrams which i know very well. So my problem is just the connection part of things. I tried searching the net but i found no usable information about it. I know the connection is different and handled on each PLC different that's why i am asking here.I need to read the RFID tag from the reader then use that information in the PLC program. The PLC i am using is CECC-S from Festo, using Codesys 3.5 by Festo and the RFID is UTS-1. Here are the documents for the RFID
