Pushbutton-like "button"

All,
I''m on the hunt for a device that looks like a 30mm momentary pushbutton, but instead of contact block(s) behind the panel, I need an "actuator rod" to press another switch behind the panel.

Let me explain:
I have to marine-ize a non-weatherproof piece of gear with a pushbutton that won't survive more than a few days out in rain and salt air (top deck of a ship). I can't alter the device with the pushbutton (warranty reasons) but I can place it within a larger, waterproof enclosure.

I need to push that pushbutton from the outside of my enclosure. Ideally, there exists a 30mm NEMA4X "pushbutton" with an adjustable rod or finger on the back, that I can size to my length requirements. Does anything like that exist? My guess is that something exists, but I have no idea what it's called; my Googling has so far been somewhat fruitless.
