I have a problem in Experion HS R400 software dongle

3 years ago we bought Experion HS R400 software.
This time since we using without any problems.
But today we have one problem.
I can't connect to server on Station (with a software dongle).
Then I checked on Quick Builder.
1. Created one a Station.
2. Then tried download this a Station. But also I have a error.

Now I can't understand this problem.

Does your dongle show up in Device Manager? Did you try a different USB port?

Is your post a direct copy of the error that you are getting? Licence should be spelled "license".
