Anyone used the ActiveX Chart Control for their HMI Programs before?

Short Demo Here : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jrS41-PhSGY
Some Rockwell Info Here : https://rockwellautomation.custhelp.com/app/answers/answer_view/a_id/769049

So I tried following the Demo and creating a chart control in my HMI program. I also imported the bits into my PLC program to try and get it to work but I am having issues I wondered if anyone else has come across there before?

When running the mer file on my computer to test I can see the chart:

But when running the chart on the HMI it comes up with bunch of errors and the chart does not draw correctly, it comes up with a bunch of lines through it (Like the area is crossed out where the chart should go)

Running FTView V11, HMI Running ME 5.1 PVP1000, PLC Running V32 L62
