install studio 5000 v21

hi, I alredy have rslogix v20
and now i want to install studio 5000 v21 ,
the intall get to this step:

and its not possible to check V at logix designer or v21.03
what can be the reason?

Run as Admin?

Anything >v20 most likely will not run on 32 bit machine
