WinCC Flexible Runtime SCADA Communication with 8 or more s7 200 plc

Hello all,

I want to Control & Monitor 8 different S7-200 CPU 226 PLCs through Wincc Flexible SCADA.

I am trying to communicate through RS232/PPI multimaster cable, but right now it is communicate only through one S7-200 PLC, not more than one S7-200 PLC in PPI network.

I cannot add more than one communication driver of "SIMATIC S7 200" in connections option for PPI network in SCADA.

so which communication cable I will need & network I will select to communicate these 8 S7-200 PLCs with Wincc Flexible Runtime SCADA software ?

If anyone have any idea regarding my question then please reply me as soon as possible.

Multimaster PPI network works only when you have a network composed only of S7-200 PLC's.
Once you enter a Simatic HMI and/or a S7-300/400 PLC, the S7-200 need to be referenced as MPI-slaves.

Depends on the panel you're using though, which you haven't mentioned....

You need to add ethernet module for the CPU226 and make an ethernet network for your scada system.
