Hello folks,
This question is regarding a ML 1200 with a single expansion module, 1762-IF2OF2 (2 channel in, 2 channel out analog module).

The system was working great right up until it stopped working (2009 to yesterday).

The Major Error Halt bit S:1/13 is set

Major Error S:6 = 179h

Error description: Expansion I/O module 1 generated an error

Normally I am not a "parts swapper" but I'm short on time, so I was thinking about doing just that. Thought I'd run it by the experts though. Any thoughts?

Thanks a bunch everyone!
Byron

Yep, probably a dead card. A MLX will fault when a card fails unless you disable that. I would swap it out, hope nothing else breaks for the rest of the day and try to have a good weekend!
