EL6002 Beckhoff

Hi guys,

Im new to Beckhoff, and Im trying to get communication working with the EL6002. The first question : Why isnt my "run" light on? does it need a separate power supply? Do I need TwinCAT-Virtual-Serial-COM-Driver? Is this available on windows 10 64 bit? I dont get any licence errors, does this mean I correctly installed the licence?
