Need a monitoring software for BMS

Hi;
I'm working on BMS(Building Management Systems). We need a monitoring software for supervising PC. Our controllers support ModBUS TCP/RTU protocol, SNMP protocol on Ethernet TCP/Ip and LON protocol. I don't want to use LON network for monitoring and prefer the use of SNMP protocol. I want a program-based or web-based software to monitor SNMP variables. If anyone knows about this, please guide me.
