These controllers have been obsolete for quite a while. You need an RS232/422 converter to communicate with them, which is no longer sold. The DOS-based programming software is also no longer sold or supported. There is likely to be some aftermarket or gray-market supply for both, though. There have been several PLCTalk threads about the communications interface and alternatives to the original A-B hardware device.
I would strongly recommend purchasing a modern controller instead of attempting to learn and commission this very old controller.
