We want to disable the touchscreen for half an hour everyday.
how it can be done?

Create a blank screen and force the PV to that screen using the control tags.

Yea it might be wise to check for screen activty before taking control away from the user? Or at least throw a Popup screen that says control will be lost for X time in X time.
