Hello,

I have a local Ethernet network. SmartGuard + CompactLogix + 2 AutomationDirect HMIs.

After adding 1784-NTR and adding network translation, I am able to access CompatLogix, but not SmartGuard. Cannot even ping it.

Do SmartGuard's have restrictions?

Thank you.
