Download parameters with DeviceCare SFE100

Hello, people.
I'm trying to download .deh file into Prowirl 200 flowmeter using DeviceCare SFE100, but after connection I've got a message "Device is not supported". Need a little consultation from the expert on this one - what is possibly wrong? DTM, CommDTM, wrong connection?
