HELP SOLVE(issue with pulse)

I have an issue with one pulse input. The LS0 is the sensors. The sensor stays ON one one of them and this makes the next step continuously gain pulse. However, when I changed to positive signal edge, it will give only one pulse but it wont go to the next step. How do I solve this issue?

You changed to 'positive signal edge' and it worked once . . .

I'd check the sensor, and see why it doesn't turn off.
