RSLogix fatal error license server 2

Hi,

For years i have been using RSLogix 5 working in a XP computer.
A few days ago my hardrive fail and had to install a new one and recover from a daily backup.
since them i cannot use anymore the RSlogix. All i got is a message saying:
"Fatal Error!
The copy protection license for the application could not be located
The error from the license server is: 2"

Is there someone who can help me out about what can be done???

The different HD serial numbers may be your issue. If you have the old number, you can change the new drive to match. Might be the easy fix.

Call Rockwell Tech Support, they will help with license issues, even it you do not have a contract.
