programming PLC in remote location

Hi! I want to program a CJ1M -PLC in a remote location, around 50km away. My preffred connection will be GSM phones on both sides (PC and PLC). Is this set-up possible? What are the gadgets that I will be needing?

An option for this would be Westermo GD-01 GSM modem.
These are supported by CX-Modem (available as FREE download to registered Omron users), which is a modem support tool. Very useful!
