ALMD inside Fault Handler?

Quick Q:

Are you able to insert a ALMD into the fault handler to then trigger an alarm on SE

We had a major fault over the weekend, but because there is no ALMD for the major fault, WIN911 didn't report anything.

Will an ALMD in the fault handler be seen by SE and produce an alarm?
