Siemens Analog 8AI

Dear Expert
I have One 231-OHF22-0XA0 8 channel analog input module.
I want to use its all 8 channel as 4-20mA.
Does it possible?. How?.

Another question is that I have 216-2BD23-0XB0 224xp CPU.
It has 2 analog input channel. Does this support 4-20mA or not.
Can i Know the wiring of it?.

No, you cannot use all channels as current inputs. Only channels 6 and 7.

The CPU itself, as far as I know has two potentiometers, not two analog channels. Meaning that you can use them in your program to adjust a number, but can't connect a sensor to it.

According to Ohms Law, it takes 200,000 volts to push 20mA through 10M ohms.

Given that incredibly high loop voltage, I'm not sure how useful channels 7 and 8 will be for ordinary 4-20mA current signals powered with 24Vdc:

As has been mentioned you can't use all inputs directly as mA, only 7&8 by setting S1 and S2, those inputs then have a 250ohm resistance. Do some research on ohm's law and you will find that if you pass 20mA through a 500ohm resistor you will measure 10V across that resistor, so you can easily use voltage inputs to measure current. The S7-224XP does have two analog inputs but again they are limited to Voltage.

The screen shot is from the link to the Siemens site (for the aforementioned AI card). It's clearly a typo/misprint because mA current dropping resistors are not in the Megohm range, evenif that's what the spec says.
