FTLB Randomly Loosing configured data

Hi. My FT Linx Browser Randomly losses saved Ethernet data. At times the Ethernet configured drivers will stay in for a couple days, then, at any other giving day they will all not be there, gone, as if I am opening the program for the very first time.


As you can see in this blanked-out screenshot I have added the configured drivers info back in, but it'll all clear in a day or 2. Is this normal?

Is this normal? It removes IP locations on every other boot it seems, and on my colleague's Laptop as well.

Can anyone help me out on this?
