WinCC Tag and color change

Hi

I have a question about WinCC.

When the background color of a circle (dynamic event) changes, an external bit changes (DB30.DBX2.0).

But, I have seen that the color of the circle only changes when that sreen is monitorred.

I mean, when I do not view the circle, nothing can happen to my external bit (tag).

I there anything to do about this ?
