I want to read variables from the PLC with my C# programm.


Is it possible to run my c# programm on a computer without the TwinCat System Manager to install (and from there select the route)?

I know nothing about Bekhoff but a quick google search makes it seem like you only need the right dll file to achieve this

AdvancedHMI has a TwinCAT driver that does not require TwinCAT to be installed. The base solution is VB, but you can add a C# project to the Solution if you desire to write code.
