archestra remote access

I am using wonder ware 10.1 and application server 3.1 and when I try to access a remote gr node I get the error "could not access file repository share on gr node" I am not finding anything about that on any documentation, anybody seen that before?

I've experienced this before, it was the domain.

Check to make sure that the domain is not your local box.

Other than that experience, I don't have more information.
