Weintek MT6050ip/MT8050ip always in calibration mode

hi all..
we have problem with HMI Weintek. HMI always show in calibration mode even after restart the unit.
is there anybody have experience with this case, please share

4.2.1 System Reset
Each HMI is equipped with a reset button and a DIP switch.
Ensure that all of the switches are off.

Yes do ensure all dip switches are off, it could be in cal mode. I have had a similar problem some time ago, although the switch seemed to be off it was actually making contact, I switched it on/off a few times & this cured the problem. I also had a similar experience on a different make, this turned out to be the touch screen, someone had given it a bit of a knock or used a sharp instrument that caused the particular area to be seen as a key press, it happened to be the area you hold while booting to calibrate the screen, however this is unlikely to be your problem as it requires a dip switch to set the mode.
