Problems with Firmware 12 FT View studio 10

hello Friends

I have a Panel View Plus 6 1000 and FT View Studio 10.

I downloaded Firmware 12 (PVP6_700-1500_12.00-20200922), installed in the PC and ME Firmware Upgrade Wizard does not work any more.

A message appears.

I tried to reinstall and the same happens

What can I do?
