How to put a jpeg in the body of the message?

I can attach but cannot figure this out

1. Launch Office Outlook program.
2. Click on New Email.
3. Navigate to the Insert Tab.
4. Click on the Pictures option.
5. Browse the location where you have saved the pictures.
6. Attach it to the body of your email.

Log in to your Gmail account.

Click the gear icon just below your username at the top right of the window and select "Settings."

Click "Labs" from the top horizontal menu.

Scroll down until you see "Inserting Images" and click the "Enable" radio button.

Click "Save Changes" at the bottom of the window.

Click "Compose" to start a new email composition window.

Click the "Insert Image" button, which displays a picture of two mountains. If you do not see formatting options, you are in Plain Text mode. Click "Rich Formatting" to enable this advanced mode.

Click "My Computer" or "Web Address (URL)" depending on where the JPEG resides. Click "Browse" to select a JPEG from your computer or enter an Internet address to grab a JPEG from the Web.

Click "OK" to add the JPEG to the body of your email. Click "Send" when you are ready to send the email.
