ULTRA series and what software to use

It's very confused to sort out what software to use on Ultra series drives. I could use some help here:

1. Ultra 1500,3000,5000, Kinetix 3 like 2098-DSD-HV030X use Ultraware 1.84 / 1.83

2. Ultra 100, 200 like 1398-DDM-xxx use UltraMaster 1.62

3. Ultra Plus 1398-PDM-xxx use GML Ultra 1.0.1 for windows

4. GML Commander 4.03 for 1394 series, IMC S class
