Good Afternoon,
My colleague is not able to open any application in Factory Talk View. The software loads and so does the app, but freezes and gives and error code below. He is using v10 and windows 10. Not sure of the windows build.
He has been working with Rockwell for about 2 weeks now and they don't seem to have any solutions that work other than reinstalling windows and going through that whole mess.
Any and all suggestions are welcome!!
