Delta DVp32ES RS 232 Communication with Mitsubishbi Qcpu PLc

Hi forum members.
I am programming a delta DVP32ES plc.How can i communicate Delta DVP32ES with Mitsubishi Qcpu PLC via RS 232 Communication in order to obtain the data in the register or modify data in the Mitsubishi plc registers.There is only RS 232 Com port in the Mitsubishi PLC


Any suggestions would lead me to the solution.
