5380 Controler Fault

I have a 5069-L330ER CompactLogix 5380 Controler.
it ha developed a Fault
(Type 01) Power-up Fault
(Code 60) Non-recoverable Fault.
AB had me update the firm wear from 30.011 to 30.014 no help.
any Ideas.

Thanks for the response but I found that I had to go back 4 saves before the program would reload and run.
I never found the software fault that caused the PLC to Fault out.

Once in a great while I'll be working on a project file and either it has trouble downloading or faulting while programming offline. The fix for me has been to export it as a .L5K file (text) and then re-open the L5K file. That fixes whatever weirdness that it was plagued with.
