Unable to initialize DAO/Jet db engine

So, it looks like I (finally) after struggling for two days found the solution. I searched for DAO and found a file, "dao350.dll", located here: c:\WINDOWS\system32

I then followed the directions of the NI link I posted previously but typed the following command for the 350 file instead of the 360 file discussed in the link:
"REGSVR32 DAO350.DLL"

After doing this I was once again able to open a project.
