RS logix5000 encryption

Hi all

i made source code encryption for my RSlogix 5000 program.
however i found it easy to crack.

is there way to secure the routines without ability to crack it .

What version of Logix do you have? They newer versions have much stronger encryption.

Just about the following day the new encryption came out it was cracked, the only way is to lock the hardware

The newer versions don't use encryption, but are hashed I believe. I don't think they will be cracked.

How to lock the hardware, i am using V20-01.00 Rs logix5000.

Looks like l may have been a bit pessimistic re software encryption. Looks like the later versions of software running encryption 9 or above (if there is such a thing) is uncrackable at the moment.

V20 isn't secure as there is a utility that will crack it. You will need a later version.
