how to interface Vijeo citect scada software with PLCs

Please I will like to know the details of how i can configure a schneider electric vigeo citect scada software with twido plc, modicon m340 plc and siemens s7 - 300 Plc. will also want to know how to create IOs, define my tags and link them with the PLC address.
