Do any of you have any experience with Mean Well power supplies?

I am looking for some low cost 5, 12 and 24 VDC din rail mt.

For the 5, I need 140mA MIN, but want up to 3amps at 5V dc +0.25V with less than 50mV ripple, peak-to-peak.

just wondered if these are sufficient for not critical application in a clean environment an reasonably clean power source or if i should look elsewhere

Thank you!

I have used several of the 24vdc models and a few of the 12vdc models with zero problems. Never had a requirement for 5vdc.

My former employer began specifying them in their projects the last year or two I was there. No known issues with them and the price was definitely attractive.

Mean Well is good stuff - also for critical applications.
They have several series of DIN rail mount power supplies so pick the one you need. I usually pick a better one than I need because the price difference is small.

Thanks for taking time to reply everybody. I was really surprised to see these at such a low cost so I was cautious and figured someone here could tell me if they are any good.

I used to use SOLA for most applications. If I remember correctly they are a lot more expensive.

Wow...
These are considerably lower than the Phoenix Contact "Quint" I have been using...
I wonder how they compare?

Quint is Phoenix Contact’s top of the line power supply.

I think the low cost Meanwell supplies are more like the Phoenix contact Uno power supplies in specs and cost.
